Bestselling author Judith Whitmore is in the GDOC studio to talk about her fascinating writing career and what drives her motivation for personal and professional success.
Judy’s FOMO drive (a fear of missing out) has created a full-bodied life that includes being a bestselling author, screenwriter, producer, clinical psychologist, pilot, wife, mother, daughter, grandma, and all-around awesome friend to many.
Judy has also taken her talent to the kitchen with a collection of her all-time favorite recipes. “I had this drawer full of recipes (like everybody does) and I treasure them because they are in my grandmother’s handwriting.” To prevent losing them, Judy decided to create a cookbook of those recipes, which evolved into a collection of recipes that her friends have shared with her over the years. “In the book are all of the recipes my friends have given me along with a photograph and a little story about them.”
From clinical psychology to a career in the creative fields, Judy is an inspiring reminder that anything is possible.
