In this kitchen segment, co-hosts Amy Cook and Lauren Solomon share a favorite energy boost “cocktail” that uses turmeric, fresh citrus, and coconut water. Get ready for loads of flavor!

This is a double recipe — enough to feed a crowd! Or, it keeps well in your refrigerator to sip throughout the day.

1 cup of lime juice

Mix 4 tsp. of ground turmeric with

1 cup of lemon juice, then add to lime juice.

Add:

2 cups of coconut water

4 tablespoons honey

Mix well.
